K-Way was established in Paris in 1965. On a rainy day founder Leon Claude Duhamel sat in a Paris cafe watching soaked pedestrians rush by as a flash rainstorm ensued. Thinking there had to be a better way, he created the original, lightweight, fully-packable rain jacket.
