RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that we have a 30 day return police. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, provided that you inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org about your wish to return or exchange within 14 days of upon receipt of your purchase. Return the item(s) unused and in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box. We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Items are returned to Lot#29 at your own cost. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. (Your statutory rights will not be affected). We do not exchange sales items. Please note that items purchased online at Lot#29 are not exchangeable/returnable through our physical store in Gothersgade 29.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Purchased items are exchangeable only into a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at Lot29.dk. Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card. If the complete order is returned a refund will include shipping costs. Please be aware that a time frame of a few days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used. Normally credit appears within two months statements of credit cards. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached. We prefer that items are returned by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.

Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund. If you wish to exchange an item that has been purchased whilst on sale, you will have to return the item to us and re-order through the site. Please make sure your size is as accurate as possible and do not hesitate to ask us any questions you may have about the fitting of any item before ordering it.
If items are classified as faulty, were received damaged or have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 24 months time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately.
