1. Is my "Pick-Up In-Store" order ready to collect? 

 

You will receive an automated email from us when your order is ready to be collected from our store. Please do not try to collect the order before this time as it may not be ready and you may have to wait outside until it is processed. 

 

2. When can I collect my order from Lot#29? 

 

You can collect your order Monday - Friday between 1100 - 1600. If this is a problem for you please let us know and we will see if we can accommodate an alternative time. 

 

3. I want to return my order, how can I do this? 

 

Please first notify us that you are returning an order by sending us an email. We accept returns delivered to our  door step during opening hours or sent by mail. We do not cover return shipping fees. 

 

4. I want to exchange my item for another size? 

 

We do accept exchanges as long as we have the alternative size available. Please let us know in advance if you wish to exchange an item incase we do not have it in-stock and so that we can get it ready for you, we would hate for you to have to wait outside for too long. 

 

5. Why have I been charged Import Tax/VAT?

 

Items sent to international shipping addresses may be subject to customs import tax, and is not something that is managed by us. We are therefore unable to reimburse any costs. 

If you return your item, you will not receive a refund for import duties.

If you are concerned we would recommend raising this issue with PostNord or UPS so they can explain the charges further.
